1. What are your store hours?
Our store is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
2. Where is Sakura Station located?
We are located at 924 Savannah Highway, Charleston, South Carolina, 29407.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the shipping method selected.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unopened condition. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them in-store or online. Gift cards are ideal for any occasion and can be used toward any purchase at Sakura Station.
9. Do you sell products in bulk or for wholesale?
